Description
* In the work to be carried out, the players are divided into 2 groups.
With the command of the coach, the 1st group comes to the free throw line by making a close out, comes quickly to the corner of the field line together with the stance and is asked to sprint to the half court.
When the 1st group reaches the bottom line, the 2nd group is asked to come out with the coach's command.
In order to make the practice more effective and faster, the first partner who comes to the half court in the form of a race is asked to win.
The exercise is repeated by asking the first group to return to the starting point.
